The competition begins on 3rd August 2017 and runs over a period of 3 weeks.  There is one workout each week. Workouts have been structured so your coach can make them a part of their class schedule for the week, or you can do it as time allows. WODs, movement standards and scoring sheets will be released at 8am (NZ time), each Thursday, with the first coming out on Thurs 3rd August (so that would be every Wednesday if you are in the USA for example).
